VITHOBA KRISHNA

Vithoba, also known as Vitthal or Panduranga, is a revered Hindu deity primarily worshipped in the Indian states of Maharashtra and Karnataka. He is generally regarded as a compassionate manifestation of Lord Vishnu or as an avatar of Lord Krishna. The main temple dedicated to Vithoba is located in the sacred town of Pandharpur in Maharashtra, which is a major pilgrimage center. Devotion to Vithoba reaches its peak during the festivals of Ashadhi Ekadashi and Kartiki Ekadashi, when millions of devotees undertake the Wari pilgrimage.
